Happy 11th Birthday, #mydogzippy!!! I miss you sooo much!

Nins, these are the microwave peanut butter and banana pupcakes which we had à la Mode earlier today with vanilla ice cream. I’m sharing the recipe with everybody!

PEANUT BUTTER BANANA PUPCAKES

Ingredients
3tbsp oil
2 egg yolks
4 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp sugar (can omit or reduce amt if giving to pets)
4tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp milk
1 ripe banana, mashed

Procedure:
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Add flour and baking powder and mix until blended. Add milk and banana. Place in mold and microwave on high for 1min 30secs. Cool before removing from mold. Winner!!! 🧁
